Since the original founding of the September 9, 1975 ISLE SeaLand E. Pacific Ocean Seaabed Claim during the 1970's-1980s Third World Law of the Seals Conventions (LOS) including over 130 Countries whereas no agreement
was ever reached over the control or ownership of the deep seabed of the Pacific Ocean was attained.

ACQUIESCENCE TO CREDIBILITY

RW Schott (ISLE SeaLand) is now Celebrating it's 50th Year Anniversary and has remained Unchallenged and Uncontested by those who have acquiesced to R.W. Schott's/ISLE's Tenable Credibility as admittedly attested to by their Silence and/or lack of authority.

PARAMOUNT AND SOVEREIGN

Now, decades later, no other entity can reasonably with any legitimacy, justify or establish such a project claim. In the 1970's there were only two entities that made such an endeavor to access the Ocean's Deepsea Bed resources, formerlly Deepsea Ventures of Virginia with much smaller claim and R.W. Schott (ISLE SeaLand), as US and International Law or Agreements covered such a matter. The only stable Globally recognized law was and stil is
'The Right of Passage' over the high seas, discounting the seabed regions.
Therefore ISLE is Exclusively the ONLY project like it in the World, with a 50 year Tenable History no one else can match.
